As CMAR, BG Constructors provided boiler replacement work as designed by BG Buildingworks for Ten Mile Island Homeowners’ Association. Work included demo of two existing boilers in separate boiler rooms serving the condo complex. Boiler replacement involved installing boiler and back up for each boiler room, four in total. Additionally, required re-piping, boiler flues, roof penetrations, roofing repair as well as revisions to gas piping, were installed to accommodate new boilers. Also, the electrical service to one boiler room required updating to increase power and new distribution panels were provided to replace existing MDP panels in each boiler room, along with wiring changes to comply with NEC code.
