For heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems we can deliver solutions to address changes in space functions, energy efficiency measures, end-of-service-life equipment replacements, and upgraded controls technologies. Whether local distribution systems or large central plants, our team has the expertise to get the job done.

Electrical Systems

We can also provide expert solutions to electrical power distribution challenges. We can study and implement OSHA-required arc flash hazard studies and labeling, install digital demand meters for measurement and verification of energy efficiency goals and load management strategies. Plumbing Systems

For plumbing, BG Constructors coordinates with the plumbing engineer or designer to ensure all systems such as water supply and drainage are sized appropriately per building codes and according to design intent. Our experts direct the plumbing subcontractors and oversee quality and schedule.
